They will never be this age again. Storybook Studios transforms your child's fairytale dreams into a magical reality. Let us capture the innocence and beauty of this magical moment in their childhood, through beautiful portraits.
The creative fee for the Fairytale Portrait Session is $99 per child. It is $49.50 to schedule the session and $49.50 is due the day of the session. This does not include any products or prints. This is to pay for the photographer's time and talent and the extensive costumes and sets. To include a Behind the Scenes Keepsake Video, it is an additional $99 per child (see video below).
Storybook Studios believes in custom wall art and home decor. You will keep these heirloom portraits for your lifetime and for generations to come. These portraits of your child will be beautiful fine art, to treasure for you and your family. We offer A La Carte prints that start at $85 and collections that start at $400.
Children under 3 are not recommended. They typically don't understand what we are trying to do and they don't enjoy it as much as children over 3. It becomes overwhelming to them and they end up having a melt down and wanting to cling to mommy. The session usually requires more time in order to keep them focused to be able to get the poses we need. Also, 2 and 3 year olds are often destructive to the set and costumes. If you still want to have them photographed, the session fee is $199 per child.
Your session will begin with your child choosing a special dress from the Storybook Closet. During the session, the photographer will use her expertise to capture natural reactions and expressions. She will direct them through the poses, with no assistance needed from the parents. You can sit back, relax and watch this precious memory unfold! Your little fairy will have a magical experience!!
Storybook Fairytale Experience
A behind the scenes look at a fairytale photography session at Storybook Studios in Chesapeake, VA.
Remember the national story about the local "8 Year Old Boy with Cancer Finds His True Love?" Truly an incredible and sweet love story about Ayla and David. The story spread like wild-fire across the internet and countless news outlets. Before David lost his battle with cancer, David called Ayla Snow White because she was so kind to him and she looked so much like Snow White. Ayla has come to me for portraits before...was once one of my fairies.
I feel so blessed that Ayla's mom asked Storybook Studios to capture her as Snow White in a portrait session. One of the most precious and beautiful photo shoots I've ever done. It was a beautiful tribute to a fairytale love story.
Here's the original story that ran all over the world.
