When an Astrology Reader contacted me about doing a session that involves astrology, I was super excited. I always love trying something new. Wendy wanted to represent the Sun, Moon and the Rising (represents the masks we wear). As she explained this, I wondered what we could do to represent the "masks" we wear...without her actually wearing a mask in the photos...because these are portraits of her, after all. So, I suggested we do body/face paint to represent the masks. My makeup artist, Haley was very excited that she could do something really creative. Also, having a giant moon at the studio came in handy!
